Myself and pooches have had a bad experience with vets and has put us off going but since signing up to Noah’s Ark we just can’t keep away🤣. My springer had an op today and from start to finish we have both had fantastic service, we even came after closing time for some advice, they go above and beyond. Staff are so friendly and put my dogs and myself at ease. Could not recommend them enough. Nothing is every to much for them. Greeted with friendly smiles and you can see all staff genuine care about animals. Staff are all so polite and friendly it’s just a lovely atmosphere and a nice place to be and it’s not the “dreaded vets” it’s clean and bright which makes it a nicer place. Would 100% recommend this vets. Blows everyone else out of the water. Thank you all so much. Myself, Arlo and Margo really appreciate you all x
Wonderful vets! Belle my dog is so well looked after and she even loves going there for the endless amount of cuddles. She also got spayed there and they were absolutely fantastic! Couldn’t go anywhere else! Thanks all xx

Honestly the most fantastic vets we’ve ever come across, everyone from the receptionist to the vet themselves are beyond friendly and so compassionate with our pets. Our dog even loves coming here because how how much attention, love and patience he receives - once being a street dog absolutely terrified of men but they do everything to soothe him and gain his trust. Advice is given every time we come even if we don’t ask for it and they truly care about nothing other than our pets health. Couldn’t recommend enough.
Gracie 16yrs plus.Kennel Club name Magic Minx.We registered our Gracie with Noah's Ark when it first opened. Melissa gave us a warm welcome, coupled with a tour of the Centre. Following this Gracie attended for her usual examinations etc; Sadly, over the past months our Gracie's health began to decline. So much so we had to make the inevitable decision in having her put to sleep on Monday, 22nd May 2023. All the team at Noah's Ark Maghull were first class. Melissa and Dr. Laura in particular. We were given time to spend together prior to our Gracie passing. Obviously, the situation was extremely difficult for us. Dr. Laura explained the sequence of events of what would happen. Putting our Gracie to sleep was carried out professionally and with dignity for which we are eternally grateful. Lastly, Noah's Arks Veterinary Clinics Mission Statement " Modern Medicine, Old Fashioned Values" was and is true to their word. So happy we went with this vets. They are all lovely, true animal lovers, give great care and are reasonably priced too. Our dog loves going as he gets so many cuddles and treats!
Absolutely fantastic clinic, all the staff very welcoming and friendly, super clean and tidy inside and the vets are all very knowledgeable. We were a little nervous as it was her first visit to a vet, but as soon as we got there and went in to see our vet (Laura), we were put right at ease, she answered all of our questions, reassured us and gave her her vaccines. Delighted with the service - thanks again.
This evening 26 squirrels arrived at the vets. But these squirrels were all between 4-6 years old (the youngest group of scouts) from 1st Maghull. The boys and girls were shown all the magical work that the vets do to look after our family pets. The squirrels and the leaders were so grateful of Noah’s Ark and the staff for sacrificing their evening to help support local youth charities and helping our young squirrels develop. They enjoyed a full tour, a bit of dress up and interacted with staff and selected animals of the staff. They all left super excited with a lovely gift.Truly an amazing community veterinary clinic who have gone above and beyond.Thank you all on behalf of 1st Maghull Squirrels 🐿️
Exceptionally good vets with very knowledgeable, professional, caring staff.Premises very clean. My 2 year old Jack Russell actually seems to enjoy going there despite a couple of invasive investigatory procedures!Highly recommended.
The best vets! So helpful & friendly. Stan loves it here and all the staff are the best with him, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Would fully recommend! Lovely & clean environment too ❤️
Went 4 a visit with my Boxer Cooper, absolutely amazing place and the staff were fab. Made such a fuss of Coops and gave him treats as well. Showed us all around and were so helpful. I've now moved 2 them 💙💙
Genuinely caring staff who love animals. Communication is excellent & your pet is in the safest hands! Glad I’ve finally found a good place to look after my beloved dogs.
Took Bonnie for a walk to meet her new vets today, really nice people very friendly and caring towards pets i saw there today. Wanted Bonnie to have a positive experience and she loved it, popped herself on the scales, sat on a couple of chairs, said hi to another doggie and had a quick consultation for a general health check which was not expected (very kind thank you) but she loved it and gave lots of kisses ;0 thank you for having us 😉 see you all in a couple of weeks for another little strollHad to seek advice for Bonnie today (7/6/22) after being away finds a tick on her head, Charlotte was so lovely with her safely removing the dead tick whilst caring for her and have after care advice. Such a relief to know the investment of monthly tick n flea treatment paid off by killing it ! Every time we visit here the team are just so lovely, make you very welcome and take time to chat to all 😉
